In fact, my processing fee is only $325 which is probably the lowest anywhere and I only charge one point on all loans regardless of the loan amount! I specialize in hard to place loans, difficult situations, and even the straightforward ones too! And I can usually bring your loan to settlement within a few weeks. I am more interested in profiting on your repeat business than in profiting all at once as many other brokers do. That is why my fees are low, fair and reasonable in the hope that you will use me for all your real estate needs and refer your friends as well.
